Are your event design services limited to the Tampa Bay area, or do you travel?

We offer travel throughout Florida and beyond. Please reach out for pricing on additional travel beyond these included counties: Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Manatee, or Hernando. 

Do you handle setup and breakdown on the day of the event?

Yes.

Can I rent items like seating charts, backdrops, or decor without full event styling?

Yes, reach out to discuss options.

What if it rains on the day of my event?

For outdoor events, please note that we cannot control the weather. In the event of rain or inclement conditions, if you are not able to find an alternate indoor location on the same day, we are happy to offer a reschedule to a date that works for both parties.

What is your booking process?

Our booking process can begin by completing the inquiry form linked here. We also value a personal touch and welcome you to reach out via phone, email, or text so we can discuss your event details more directly. Response time is typically same day!

What is included in your event styling services?

This depends on your budget and needs, However, our services at a minimum include basic design, delivery , set up and removal.

How far in advance should I book?

We do tend to book up several months in advance. In order to secure a specific date at least 3 months prior is recommended. Weddings & Large gala's do require time to collaborate and create the vision you desire. However, we do our best to accommodate all requests when possible

What types of events do you design?

We design for a wide range of special and corporate events, including weddings, gala's, showers, birthdays, graduations, quinceañeras, and other celebrations or corporate occasions as requested.

Can I book individual services like florals or balloon installations?

Yes, individual services such as florals or balloon installations can be booked separately if full event styling is not required.

Do you offer full event styling?

Yes, we offer full event styling, including concept development, design coordination, and on-site setup to ensure a cohesive and polished event experience.
